Jonathan brings nine years of experience in the areas of client development, public relations and career consulting to the Think Big Team. His background includes the corporate world and the creative community, as he prides himself being a “connector” of people and relationships. Jonathan and his wife are the proud parents of two small girls.
Kyle Froman joins Think Big from a background in sales, merchandising, and management. He is a recent graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN with a B.S. in Business Administration. A creative thinker with a go-getter attitude, Kyle often looks to Walt Disney’s Goofy for the answers to life’s important questions! Kyle is happily married to Michelle, and outside his normal work day he passionately serves as Children's Pastor at his church and is the Chaplain of Nashville's racetrack "Music City Motorplex". Favorite Quote? “I’m so optimistic I’d go hunting for Moby Dick in a rowboat with a dish of tartar sauce.”
Adam Spratt is a new resident of Nashville, following his sweetheart from the hills of Southeast Missouri to the big city. Adam has an Associate of Arts Degree in Premedical Sciences from Three Rivers Community College and is attending Tennessee State University to finish his Bachelor's in Biology. Aside from his work at Think Big, he is active in the youth and music departments at his local church and loves spending time with his new wife, Kelly.
Michelle Froman came to Nashville by way of her husband Kyle at the end of 2003. She is a recent graduate with honors from Brownsville School of Ministry in Pensacola, Florida, and is joining Think Big “full steam ahead”! Michelle brings along with her excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion to get the job done. Next to Think Big, she is also highly involved in her local church, where she serves as the Assistant Children’s Pastor, and is enjoying her life in Nashville as a newlywed!
Taylor Joseph is currently attending University of Tennessee studying Broadcasting and Political Science. He is a native of Nashville and is a huge asset to Think Big. His hard work and efforts have already benefited the company and his coworkers. He enjoys traveling and just returned from a Semester At Sea, a cruise around the world studying different cultures and traditions. His experiences include cage diving with Great White Sharks, paragliding over South Africa, and hiking the Great Wall of China. He is also a movie buff and avid reader. Although he is the newest edition to the company, Taylor has already distinguished himself among his fellow workers as a leader.
